YI、WDW-50型环刚度试验机（微机控制）简介：
WDW-50型环刚度试验机（微机控制）是我公司新代全自动控制试验机。该机采用计算机自动控制，实时显示实验数据及试验曲线，并外接打印机打印实验报告。主机与辅具的设计融汇了我公司的技术，外形美观，操作方便，性能稳定。微机或控制器，经调速系统控制电机转动，经减速系统减速后通过进口丝杠副带动横梁上升、下降，完成试样的拉伸、压缩力学性能试验，无污染、噪音低，效率高，具有较宽的调速范围。符合GB/T9647《热塑性塑料管材环刚度的测定》的要求。该机广泛应用于钢铁冶金、建筑建材、航空航天、机械制造、电线电缆、橡胶塑料、纺织、家电等行业的材料检验分析，是科研院校、大院校、工矿企业、技术监督、商检仲裁等部门的理想测试设备。
Brief introduction of wdw-50 ring stiffness testing machine (controlled by microcomputer)
Wdw-50 ring stiffness testing machine (microcomputer control) is a new generation of automatic control testing machine of our company. The machine is controlled automatically by computer, and displays the experimental data and curves in real time, and prints the experimental report with an external printer. The design of the main engine and auxiliary equipment integrates the advanced technology of our company, with beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance. The motor is controlled by the speed regulating system, and the cross beam is driven up and down by the imported screw pair after the speed is reduced by the speed reducing system. The tensile and compressive mechanical properties test of the sample is completed, which has no pollution, low noise, high efficiency and wide speed regulating range. It fully meets the requirements of GB / t9647 "determination of ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes".
